Alchemy Biolabs provides biochemist-led skincare, formulation, supplement, routine, and product guidance. Services are educational and cosmetic-support focused unless otherwise stated.

Not medical diagnosis or emergency care

Alchemy Biolabs does not replace your GP, dermatologist, pharmacist, or emergency care provider. We do not diagnose disease, prescribe medicines, or treat emergencies. You may be referred to a medical practitioner when symptoms require clinical assessment.

Consultations and recommendations

Recommendations are based on information you provide, including skin history, allergies, current products, medication notes, photos, and consent responses. Results vary between individuals and depend on consistency, tolerability, environment, health changes, and medical factors.

Products and supplements

Personalised creams, washes, topical products, and supplements may not be suitable for everyone. Patch testing, ingredient review, and contraindication screening are important. Stop using a product and seek medical advice if you experience severe irritation, swelling, infection signs, or systemic symptoms.

Payments and subscriptions

Payment is requested after booking or product suitability is reviewed. Subscription plans renew monthly unless cancelled before the next billing date. Pricing, inclusions, and availability may change with notice.

Cancellations and refunds

Consultation bookings may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Custom product and digital consultation fees may be non-refundable once review or formulation work has begun, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
